We received a fantastic service from Regal Floors. George came out and explained to me thoroughly what could he achieved with our floorboards. We found the quote to be very reasonable so went ahead. Colin and Andy were extremely polite, tidy and did a smashing job. Lori was really helpful also answering our questions before we booked in. We were recommended this company by friends and we were not disappointed!! We discovered parquet flooring once we moved into our property and we were desperate to get it restored! George was quick at responding and came out to look and quote! Cost is not extortionate either and great service! Regal recently sanded and coated my Birch woodblock flooring in both the lounge and the hall. They did a really good job. They turned up on time, as prearranged, and got on with the job immediately. I've just had my 1930s wood block floor repaired and restored by Regal Floors. All signs of wear and tear - loose blocks and quite deep damage in places - have been fixed. All traces of the antique pine stain have been removed and it's back to looking how it must have done when it was first laid. It looks amazing! George and Lori were punctual and quick and sending over a quote which was very reasonable. I stupidly decided to try sanding the floor myself to which I made a mess. Colin and co were very punctual and professional. They didn’t leave any mess and my floor looks like new! Highly recommend Regal flooring. Trustworthy and reliable. Don’t try it yourself!
